Do diversity and inclusion provide a competitive advantage in the workplace? Join LSBE alumni Kevin McGuigan, 3M’s US Business Director for their Personal Safety Division, to hear about 3M’s appreciation for diversity and inclusion and how it aligns with their strategy. Kevin will share his personal experience working with diversity and share tactics for how students can leverage these strengths. Light reception to follow the speaker session.

The "Shark Tank" Entrepreneur Competition is a campus wide business idea pitch competition that gives participants the opportunity to win money and help fund their business. Students pitching their business idea are given 3 minutes to give an elevator pitch and 8 minutes to answer questions to sell the judges, who are Duluth Business Owners, on their ideas. The 6 finalist teams will fulfill a Group C requirement in the LSBE passport program.
